About me

I’m Stevie – founder of XForm Coaching, a firefighter, Army veteran, and fitness coach. After 13 years of service in the British Army and now serving as a full-time fireman, I’ve built my career around discipline, resilience, and performance under pressure.

That same mindset shapes how I coach. With qualifications in Personal Training (Level 3) and Applied Nutrition for Health, Wellness, Weight Management & Sports Performance (Level 4), I combine expert knowledge with real-world experience to deliver results that last.

XForm Coaching is about more than workouts and macros. It’s about helping you transform through execution—building structure, progression, and the knowledge you need to succeed. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain or improved performance I’ll create a plan tailored to you and keep you accountable every step of the way.

Together, we’ll decide which programme suits you best — whether it’s body recomposition, event prep, strength & conditioning, running, performance, a custom blend or perhaps some 1:1 Personal Training sessions.

Step 3: Begin Your Transformation
Once you’re signed up, you’ll get access to your personalised plan, coaching app, and support system so you can start making progress from day one.
