Do I need a gym to join your programme?
No! Your plan is customised to your situation. If you prefer home workouts, I’ll design a programme using minimal equipment or even bodyweight exercises.
How much support do I get?
You’ll get full accountability and guidance throughout your journey. I’m here to answer questions, track progress, and keep you motivated.
How long before I see results?
Most clients start seeing noticeable changes early on but I always say a period of 4–6 weeks, this depends on your consistency, effort, and starting point.
What if I’m a beginner?
No problem! All programmes are tailored to your fitness level, whether you’re a complete beginner or experienced in the gym.
Will I have to give up my favourite foods?
Absolutely not. I believe in flexible nutrition — no restrictive diets. You can enjoy your favourite meals while still hitting your goals.
